1. Business analysis

2. Project management
The discipline of project management involves organizing, planning, and controlling resources to successfully execute particular tasks. Initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing of projects are all topics covered in this training course, along with other project management ideas and techniques. Participants will gain knowledge about how to specify project goals, formulate project plans, formulate project schedules, handle project resources, and keep track of and manage project development.

3. Project planning
We offer project planning training to fill the ever-increasing skills gap in the country, especially in the construction and manufacturing industries. Project planning softwares like Primavera P6, Asta Power Projects, and Microsoft Projects range from general to advanced.
We also offer courses in the appreciation of NEC 3/4 and JCT contracts, including the implementation of early warnings and compensation events on the programme of works.
4. Scrum master
Scrum is an agile project management and completion framework. The Scrum Master is in charge of directing the Scrum process and making sure the team abides by the Agile values and principles.
This training programme covers the values and practises of Scrum, as well as the Scrum framework, Agile values, and the duties and responsibilities of the Scrum Master.
